Tara runs operations — the financial systems, client workflows, compliance tracking, and process design that keeps a business functioning while it grows. She brings fractional COO capability to companies that need operational leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire.

Her specialties: cash flow management, data organization, AI readiness assessment, and operational templates that work without an MBA to interpret. She looks at your business and tells you which systems are broken, which are misconfigured, and which just need to be set up.
